**Commercial Manager**

An excellent opportunity for a Commercial Manager to join a major infrastructure company based in Birmingham with a salary up to £50,950 with an additional 20% flex fund. The Commercial Manager is responsible for providing commercial management to the projectdelivery team and works alongside the supply chain to support the delivery of commercial activities within the business. There are fantastic development opportunities into more senior positions over the next few years.

**Responsibilities of the Commercial Manager**:

- Supporting the development of commercial strategies and contract management plans.
- Reviewing works information from other functions and drafting contract documents to ensure consistency and alignment with procurement plans.
- Preparing monthly commercial reports and reviewing data to improve performance.
- Leading commercial resources, agreeing objectives, managing performance and development to ensure staff have the necessary skills and support to deliver in their roles.

**Person Specification of theCommercial Manager**:

- Previous experience of delivering commercial management services on infrastructure or similar complex high value projects and programmes.
- Ability to work collaboratively within multi-discipline project teams and with supply chain partners.
- Strong analytical thinking with problem solving skills.
- Experience of planning, developing, and implementing contracts, ideally including NEC contracts.

**Salary**:
Up to £50,950 + additional 20% flex fund

This role will be ideal for you if you have previous experience within commercial management and contract management as a Contract Manager, Commercial Manager, Senior Quantity Surveyor or similar.
