Additionally, you will need to ensure that the business is operating efficiently, and contract requirements are fulfilled as well as ensuring that the company is sustainable, successful, and effective, keeping staff and our customers happy and that our businessis fulfilling their needs.

**Key Outputs & Performance Metrics** Performance in this Head of Security Operations role is measured against customer and employee satisfaction, profitability, accuracy of data and reporting, increased efficiency and business performance, and the effective delivery of goods and services.

**Key Activities and Responsibilities**:

- Providing management and leadership to Operations Managers and supporting teams to ensure service is running efficiently.
- Monitoring and managing performance of operators.
- Account/Department P&L reviews.
- Internal and external KPI's.
- Supporting the business development team in preparing tenders / negotiating contracts.
- Reporting divisional performance to the senior leadership team.
- Resource planning and recruitment.

This Head of Security Operations role would suit someone with experience in security, security operations, as a Security Manager, and Head of Operations or Operations Manager.
