Technical Support Officer in Motor Vehicle
Joining us as a Technical Support Officer in Motor Vehicle (Automotive / Motor Vehicle Technician). You will provide technical support and will contribute to our talented and enthusiastic learners student’s practical experience, within a hardworking team with high standards. **Here’s the standard bit**: You’ll be responsible for assisting our team of teachers with the delivery of our mechanical based practical sessions. You will need to have provable experience of working in the automotive servicing industry on a wide range of vehicles, being able to repair and fix basic light vehicle issues. It is preferable that you have good knowledge of Health and Safety in the Automotive environment. Part of your remit will be assisting in organising the workshops and stock ordering as well as keeping all practical areas clean and of a high standard.
**What you’ll need**: - We are looking for enthusiastic, resilient and highly motivated individuals, with a relevant level 2 qualification in vehicle maintenance or equivalent coupled with a thorough knowledge of the relevant curriculum and the ability to perform a technical support role to contribute to effective learning. You will provide physical, technical and administrative support and should be a strong team player with excellent communication skills.
