We are working with a well-established retail **property** provider who holds an enviable reputation in the marketplace. They are recruiting for a **Leasing Executive** to support the Leasing Manager, where effective strategy and delivery are essential in creating and building the brand.

Based in the London office with the flexibility of working **hybrid,** this role will suit an individual who is already working in a **Business Development** role and ideally, has **experience in the commercial or retail property or real estate sector.**

**An idea of what you will be doing**
- To actively support the Leasing team with lettings, lease renewals and rent reviews on assets and to actively contribute to the delivery of business plan targets
- Assist in the delivery of the business plan which enhances and supports the tenant mix
- Responsible for negotiations through lease to completion and manage administration, paperwork, processing of the transactions
- Maximise and generate new income by identifying opportunities - this could be by exchange of underperforming units with new operators and uses
- Sales performance analysis across the portfolio and identify opportunities to drive additional sales
- Customer support and relationships with retail, restaurant and leisure operators and learn to understand their business models to ensure sustainability
- Managing internal and external stakeholder relationships and work with asset and centre managers to enhance the existing offer through value-add projects

**The ideal person**
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Commercial and/or retail leasing experience with an understanding of hospitality or leisure
- Effective communication and influencing skills and ability to liaise with a wide variety of stakeholders
- Outstanding negotiation skills with energy and drive
- Resilient and tenacious, that person who just does not give up on the 1st hurdle
