**We are looking for a lovely Head Receptionist who will provide a friendly and exceptional service to our clients and their animals here at Pet Doctors Southampton Hub.**

This is a full time position, working 40 hours per week on a rota basis including some weekends. Access to transport is essential as our hub consists of 4 sites, which you will be working between. These 4 sites are located in Botley, Chandlers Ford, Shirley & Hamble.

As a Head Receptionist, you will provide a friendly and efficient service to our clients and their animals. We are a professional and personable team working in a very challenging and busy environment, which makes the role varied, interesting and no day is ever the same

We are looking for someone who has excellent communication and organisational skills as well as strong leadership skills. Previous experience in a receptionist role, especially doctor/dentist/veterinary will be highly beneficial. Also previous experience managing rotas and confidence with check in's and training is highly beneficial.

You will need to have the ability to remain calm under pressure and also show empathy towards everything that is thrown at you, from sharing the excitement of a puppy's first visit to the vets or comforting a client who has received some bad news.

Salary up to £27,000 depending on experience.
