Sales Administrator

Sayjo Recruitment Ltd are acting on behalf of a client to recruit a full time Sales Administrator.
Job Role:
- Answering the phone and dealing with trade customer enquiries and orders.
- Advising on products, lead times, deliveries, and basic design you will offer excellent customer service and communications.
- Being proactive and calling customers to support with order updates and new products.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience of working in a sales office.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Fun, friendly personality, able to get on well with colleagues and customers.
- A passion to learn the job, be interested in learning and developing.
- Ability, with training, to be comfortable dealing with trade customer enquiries about a technical product.
Working hours are Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 5.15pm and Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm, with one hour each day for lunch.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year
