Job Profile:
**Mortgage Administrator - Full Time LS15**

**PRIMIS Mortgage Network** are seeking an experienced **Mortgage Administrator **to join a busy partner firm of PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage Advisory operation whom are based in **Offices nr Thorpe Park, Leeds LS15**.**

Our highly valued partner firm, are a successful, customer focussed Mortgage & Protection advisory business supporting numerous introducers across the UK.

The firm are looking to grow their business with the addition of an experienced Mortgage Administrator.

We are ideally looking for a minimum of 2 years recent independent mortgage administration experience in a busy mortgage broking business although we will consider applicants from a property or mortgage related background.

Salary package of **£25,000****:

- £30,000 DOE and negotiable**

**Responsibilities**:

- Regular liaison with lenders and providers to obtain updates on applicant status

**Skills & Experience Required**:

- A minimum of 2 years mortgage administration experience in a broking environment.
- Ability to resolve problems quickly & efficiently.
- Outstanding communication skills at all levels, both written and oral.
- Demonstrate a confident telephone manner & excellent customer service.
