**Job Title**: Self-Employed Mortgage and Protection Advisor

**Location**: Leeds (Remote working)

**Salary**: OTE in excess of £50,000 pa

Are you looking to reap the rewards of being self-employed but don’t have much of a client bank? Look no further as we are looking for an advisor to join one of our Appointed Representatives on a self-employed basis with lead support provided.

**The Role**
- Working remote with the flexibility to manage your own day to day appointments.
- Providing expert advice to all clients and ensuring they understand the process.
- Follow Consumer Duty rules by having the discussion surrounding Protection with all clients.
- Stay up to date with regulations within the industry.
- Skilled at overcoming objections and working towards personal goals and ambitions.

**Who we are looking for?**
- CeMAP equivalent and CAS must have been attained.
- 1 years’ experience as a Mortgage & Protection advisor.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently.
- In depth knowledge of mortgage & protection products.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
