**What you’ll be doing**
Our student-focused brand, Fused Bills, really ramps up between April and September as we acquire thousands of new leads to call as students move house. Every year we build up our team from a small number of FTEs to a large number of fixed-term employees that work with us over the summer period, most of which may not have had much sales experience before.
As part of the Fused Bills extended - leadership team, you’ll need to dive straight in to get the team in place and ready for the busy summer period. You’ll also be doing a wide range of exciting and challenging work including:
- Recruiting, onboarding, training and coaching a team of 10- 20 Fixed
- Term employees to ensure they reach their full potential
- You’ll be the first point of contact for the Fused Bills team, using a positive attitude you’ll need to motivate your team through challenging targets to ensure success.
- Represent the company's objectives to your team, and build plans to deliver these objectives.
- Working to improve the team's conversion targets
- Monitoring team performance and providing constructive feedback via monthly 121s and PDP meetings and coaching.
- Leading weekly team meetings and daily standups for training, to discuss updates within the company and any actions that need to be carried forward.
- Completing an in-depth team performance analysis and provide a written summary of these reports.
- Working closely with team leaders and managers from other departments to improve internal processes
Shift patterns will be 9-5 or 10-6 and you’ll be expected to work 1 in 3 Saturdays.

A little bit about you*
- At least 3 years of experience in a sales-related role
- Passion for people management, training and developing your team to help improve their performance.
- Highly self-motivated with a desire to hit targets
- Have fantastic organisational and time management skills
- Resilience, understanding, patience and empathy
**What you’ll get from us**
Firstly, the big one, you can expect a basic salary of up to £24,00 depending on experience with OTEs up to £34,000
