**Helpdesk Administrator - Temporary**
**£10.00 per hour**
**Altrincham**
Our client is a well-established family run business and currently looking for Helpdesk Administrator to provide support the Facilities Management team and their clients. Ideally you will have experience in a similar role.
**Key Responsibilities for the Helpdesk Administrator Role include**:
- Following up with customers to ensure full resolution of issues
- Follow standard helpdesk procedures
- Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
- Administration duties - setting up jobs, raising orders, approving invoices for payment, raising invoices
**Key Requirements for the Helpdesk Administrator Role include**:
- Previous experience working on a Facilities Services Helpdesk
- Familiar with reactive and planned maintenance contracts and frameworks
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel & Word
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure
This is a busy and varied Helpdesk Administrator role we are looking for a great team player with excellent communication skills who can hit the ground running. Ideally you will have some experience in administration however full training will be given.The role is initially for 2 months but may be extended. You must be available for an immediate start.
