**About us**
We're looking for an experienced Service Advisor to come and join our growing team at Bristol Street Peugeot Oxford
This is a Full-Time, permanent role offering up to £31,500 basic salary with an OTE of up to £34,000 depending on experience.
**About the Role**
Within this role you will be: delivering a seamless experience to our customers in the Aftersales department, dealing with all customers in a professional, prompt and courteous manner, portraying a positive first impression of the Service Department, advising on technical queries or issues, booking vehicles into the department for work to be carried out, informing customers of the progress of their vehicle, advising the customer repairs and parts and finalising the invoice on completion of required work.
**About You**
It is essential for you to have experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade for you to be considered.
