The Financial Advisor/Wealth Manager will play a key role in servicing, advising and further developing the HNW/UHNW client base within the firm, providing the full spectrum of wealth management advice.The role is primarily focused on servicing and deepening relationships within the existing client bank, supported by internal introductions. There is also scope to contribute your own clients and benefit commercially from business development. Longer‑term, there is the opportunity to earn into firm equity based on performance. Key Responsibilities Deliver holistic financial planning and wealth management advice to HNW / UHNW individuals. Lead and develop ongoing client relationships and ensure a high standard of service. Identify commercial opportunities within the existing client base. Attend client meetings across Oxfordshire, London and surrounding areas. Contribute to the wider strategic and business development activities of the firm. Further down the line, look to support the firm’s OCIO / Investment Consultancy proposition. Candidate Criteria Level 4 or Level 6 qualified (e.g., DipPFS / Chartered status desirable). Experience advising HNW / UHNW clients (£2m–£30m+ investable assets). Minimum of 2 years in a CF30 / FCA‑authorised adviser role. Strong relationship management and communication capabilities. High professional standards, collaborative mindset and strong commercial awareness.
