**Personal Assistant - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract**
We have the exciting opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant to join BGL Insurance. This role is a Personal Assistant to two Associate directors.
The purpose of this role is to ensure the smooth running of the Associate Director’s workload. You will be a part of a great team, united around making an impact for the business, our customers & within the community.
**Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities**:
- Ensure diary commitments, papers and travel arrangements are managed effectively to ensure the best use of time
- Take minutes, prepare presentations, process and reconcile expenses
- Produce, collate and distribute reports within agreed deadlines
- Book and set up meeting rooms, organise and provide refreshments as and when required
- Proactively work through actions from meetings, planning in activity in line with agreed deadlines
**Skills, Experience and Knowledge**:
- Significant experience in supporting at Director level
- Strong analytical skills, highly numerate and IT literate
- Excellent communicator (verbal, written and listening skills)
- Strong Microsoft skills, including ability to draft PowerPoint slides.
- Excellent inter-personal skills
- Results and quality oriented with excellent organisational skills and focus on overall delivery within agreed timescales
- Flexible, innovative and proactive
- Self-motivated - able to work on own initiative or as part of a team
- Professional, dependable and confident
