Performance Marketing Lead

**Performance Marketing Lead | £35,000 - £45,000**

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Lead who’ll be focused on driving customer signups through digital performance channels to grow our customer base.

We are Checkmyfile, provider of the most detailed credit report you can get. We give practical guidance, support and encouragement, based on decades of relevant knowledge and experience, to help people understand their credit health.

We’re the only credit report provider that shows detailed information from the three main Credit Reference Agencies: Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion, in one place. And with our dedicated customer service team on hand, we’re committed to guiding our customers along on their credit journey.

**What you’ll make happen**:

- You’ll work alongside our Paid agencies to manage our digital performance channels, which include Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic
- You’ll manage agencies, freelancers, team members and technology to support performance and reporting across each channel
- Working closely with the Insights and delivery teams, you’ll drive optimisation across all channels, in line with customer acquisition and retention goals
- You’ll manage the performance marketing budget, pricing, offers and promotions according to our business growth goals

**Who we’re looking for**:
**Essential**:

- You have solid experience as a digital marketer and are comfortable balancing the channel optimisation strategy and managing tactical details. Be that, working alongside our agencies or also managing some channels in-house
- You’ll be open to testing and experimenting with new channels to understand whether they are right for the business and customer acquisition or retention
- You can work cross-departmentally with Customer Service and Insights to unlock understanding around customer attribution and behaviour to allow us to push further to be more sophisticated in our segmentation and targeting
- You have a strong grasp over the campaign metrics and are able to clearly communicate any learning as well as recommendations for optimisation
- You thrive working in a team environment, coordinating with teammates in the Marketing team and the wider company to deliver effective digital campaigns
