**Occupational profile**:
To build electrical, mechanical modules and final pre plumb of our products.

To spin various materials using precise CNC machinery.

To work in Packaging department and package companies products to high standards.

To work in sub-assembly cold works department bending, cutting coils and punching materials using various equipment and machinery.

To assist and perform regular stock checks and audits and update the inventory system.

To follow and adhere to strict KPI and quality regime procedures and processes in place.

To company with Health and Safety regulations and standards and maintain a clean, safe working environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assemble Electrical Modules by putting together various components onto the main body of the module using torque screwdrivers with specific settings.
- Assemble Mechanical Modules by putting together various components onto main body of the module using torque wrenches with specific settings.
- Assemble Kodiak product by mounting on electrical and mechanical modules onto cylinder following SOP to high standard.
- Assembly Pre-Plumb cylinder on the production line using various components following SOP and to the high standard.
- Perform thorough quality checks prior and after assembly of the goods.
- Execute set KPI targets and requirements.
- Ensure all quality data gathering has been accomplished through out day including taking photos of the finished goods after the 100% pass rate.
- Managing inventory side of the job by ensuring that after completion of the final cylinder assembly the goods get scanned and recorded onto system.
- Assemble and prepare kits for Pre-Plumb and Kodiak production lines.
- Spinning materials on spinning machine.
- Setting up Spinning machine including carrying out daily PM's and checks.
- Programming and changing tooling on spinning machine.
- Working in sub-assembly (Cold Works) sub-department.
- Cutting and bending coils using various machinery and equipment.
- Package all business products to high standards.
- Strap and wrap finished good to high quality and safety standards ready for transportation to warehouse and/or customer directly.
- Support Internal Quality Lead and Department Team Leaders on any reasonable tasks including 5s and performance improvements.
- Perform regular stock checks and audits of the production area and update the inventory records accordingly.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations and standards and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Work as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and other departments.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Team Leader or Manager.

**Skills, knowledge, and experience**:

- Previous experience in a production and/or assembly environment is essential.
- Experience in a strict quality regime environment is required.
- NFF - No Fault Forward attitude.
- Understanding and executing KPI targets.
- 5s understanding and mindset towards it.
- Good physical fitness and ability to lift and move heavy items, up to 25kg.
- Basic computer and numeracy skills, and familiarity with WMS.
- Great attention to detail and accuracy, and ability to follow instructions.
- Good customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Flexible and adaptable, and willing to work shifts, weekends, and overtime, as needed.
- Any FLT license would be advantageous.

Pay: From £12.80 per hour

Expected hours: 41.15 per week
