**The project**: Supports PMO and Project Controls teams to implement and deliver a wide range of PMO and Project Controls services to support assigned projects within the PMO and Planning Centre of Excellence.

- You will support the HUB PMO and Project Controls Director with resourcing and recruitment for the assigned commission.**You’re responsibilities will include**:

- Supports administration of PMO and Project Controls process on a project operating under supervision and mentorship of more senior PMO, Project Controls or Project/Programme Management professionals assigned to commission.
- Assists with the preparation of monthly reports as required.
- Contributes to the facilitation and delivery of performance reporting and reviews.
- Assists in the development PMO and Project controls methodologies such as EVM.
- Contributes to the delivery of all PMO and Planning disciplines (such as Risk Management and Planning)
- Supports to ensure that all PMO and Project Controls activity is aligned to Mace Control Centre.
- Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition, and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.

**You’ll **need to** have**:

- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products e.g. MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to be part of a high performing team.
- Articulate and has potential to assimilate information quickly.
- Attention to detail.
