**Working hours**: 37.5 hours per week

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic individual to join a busy recruitment team on as a Recruitment Advisor at Team Countess on a full time permanent basis.

You’ll be working closely with the team and with departments across the Trust, and be required to offer support and supervision to a team of Senior Recruitment Administrators. This will include allocating workloads, ensuring that the team adheres to standard operating procedures, safe employment policies and legislation and acting as the first line of escalation for complex recruitment queries.

You will need to be able to fully utilise technology and administrative systems such as Trac, NHS Jobs and ESR in order to provide outstanding customer service in relation to all aspects of resourcing.

Accountable to the Recruitment Team Leader the post holder will be responsible for providing a comprehensive recruitment and selection service to deliver recruitment priorities, assisting the Trust in achieving its strategic and operational objectives.

To promote good customer service practice and provide a proactive, efficient end to end recruitment service, through liaison with heads of departments, line managers and external stakeholders relating to the recruitment/selection.

The post holder will provide day to day supervision of a team of staff, allocating workloads and contributing to the production of associated management information.

The Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust consists of a 600 bedded large District General Hospital, which provides its services on the Countess of Chester Health Park, and a 64 bedded Intermediate Care Service at Ellesmere Port Hospital.

The Trust provides services in all of the surgical and medical specialties common to a District General Hospital with some specialist services. The Trust serves the whole of the local population currently in excess of 250,000 residents which geographically covers populations in England and North Wales.

The Trust strives to continuously improve and sustain the quality of its services for patients, providing care to more than 445,000 patients per year, with almost 4,000 staff working together putting quality and patient safety, at the heart of everything we do. The organisation provides a wide range of services offering health care to the whole spectrum of the population from birth to the end of life.
