Hybrid Occupational Health Advisor – Chester / Liverpool / Home-Based Locations: Chester, Liverpool, Ellesmere Port, Home-Based Salary: £40,000–£45,000 + benefits Hours: Full Time, 37.5 hrs (Mon–Fri, 08:30–16:30) – Part-time may be considered Contract: Permanent About the Role OH Medical is recruiting on behalf of a leading Occupational Health provider for an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join their Chester and Liverpool team. This hybrid role offers flexibility with most days remote, while requiring 5 days per month onsite with a nuclear weapons client and occasional travel to other clients within an hour of home. You will deliver a full Occupational Health service, including case management, health surveillance, PPQs, first day absence management, and other face‑to‑face assessments. Key Responsibilities Conduct case management and employee health assessments Carry out health surveillance and fitness for work assessments Complete pre‑employment medical screening Support employees with physical and mental health concerns Maintain high clinical standards in occupational healthcare Travel to client sites as required for face‑to‑face OH assessments Who We’re Looking For Registered General Nurse (RGN) with current NMC registration Proven experience as an Occupational Health Advisor / OH Nurse / OH Practitioner Strong case management experience OH Nursing qualification is desirable but not essential Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle Ability to travel to client sites within an hour of home Please only apply if you have experience as an Occupational Health Advisor.
