HR Advisor (Italian OR German) - Chester (50/50 Office/Home) - 6 Month Contract

Gibbs Hybrid is seeking several HR Advisor's for our global pharmaceutical client. The HR Advisor is a key member of the People Services function based in Chester and is the primary contact for employees and managers. You will coordinate hiring, payroll,benefits, and performance.

**Responsibilities will include (but not limited to)**:

- First point of contact for employees for payroll, benefits, rewards, and data management
- Use of Workday (employee data management tool) and ServiceNow (Case management tool). Experience with these is not essential but beneficial
- Provides employees and managers with policy advice, guidance and support for workforce management, payroll, compensation transaction activities, and other HR processes.
- Prepare documentation related to HR processes (can include change job letters, employee contract documents, severance letters, etc.)

**Key Requirements**:

- Fluent in Italian or German
- Operational HR experience. (CIPD ideally but not essential)
- Discretion is essential
- General knowledge of HR policies, processes, and procedures
- Regional employment law understanding
- Experience of working in a rapid, fast-moving environment, which is both complex and changing.
- Practical operational experience of HR processes, e.g., hire, payroll, benefits, performance;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and German or Italian to interact with clients, employees, and the HR function to deliver business needs.
