As we continue to scale, we are looking for a dedicated Operations Manager who can partner with our leadership team to drive operational excellence.

As the Head of Operations, you will work directly alongside the CEO, helping to define and execute business strategies, optimise internal operations, and lead high-performing teams. The Head of Operations will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, improving business processes, and ensuring scalable growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Collaborative Leadership**: Partner with the CEO to set and drive the organisation’s vision, operational strategy, and growth objectives. This includes assessing hiring needs and levels and ensuring the company’s workforce aligns with strategic goals.
- **Strategic Execution**: Translate high-level strategies into actionable steps for growth, implementing a system of organisation-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operations planning. Ensure key initiatives are delivered on time and meet company objectives.
- **Performance Management & Reporting**: Implement performance metrics and operational KPIs to measure success across all departments. Ensure regular reporting and tracking of progress against goals, providing data-driven insights to the CEO.
- **Financial Oversight & Budgeting**: Manage the company’s accounting and financial operations, partnering with the CEO and finance teams to develop and manage budgets.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Foster collaboration across departments, aligning resources and efforts toward common business objectives. Act as a liaison between teams to ensure clear communication and alignment with organisational priorities.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Continuously assess and improve company operations, making data-driven decisions to increase efficiency and scalability while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and quality.

**Key Qualifications**:

- Experience in the medico-legal industry
- Demonstrated experience in operational management, process optimisation, and scaling business operations.
- Strong leadership skills
- Creative, analytical thinker who can balance the need for immediate results with long-term vision.
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of business performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.

Pay: £40,000.00 per year
