We have an exciting new vacancy for a Night Porter / Auditor to join our team at The Grand Hotel Sunderland. Our cosy 82-bedroom hotel offers a range of amenities in a superb location overlooking the beautiful beaches of Seaburn, just two miles from the city centre and a short walk to Seaburn metro station.

**Your duties will include**:

- Welcoming any late arrivals and checking guests in and out.
- Running the night audit using Opera Cloud.
- Answering the telephone and addressing any enquiries.
- Looking after any guest requests.
- Conducting regular security walks and floor checks.
- Following all night shift procedures and any other duties as and when required.
- Completing the nights cleaning checklist ensuring public areas are kept clean.
- Setting and clearing event rooms as and when required
