**Salary**: £22,000 per annum

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity.

As **Senior Night Porter,** your responsibilities will include:

- Completing the check in and check out process for incoming and departing guests using the hotel
- Setting up breakfast and serving/hosting when required
- Setting up conference meeting and events when required
- Ensuring credit card system reconciles to daily transaction list
- Effectively and efficiently managing guest request, queries, and complaints

The ideal **Senior Night Porter** will be:

- Able to work in all areas of food and beverage, including 24hr bar and restaurant
- Knowledgeable of current hotel products, services, pricing, and special promotional offers, as well as daily VIP and special events
- Positive with a can-do attitude, and helpful
- Able to comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety regulations
- A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
