Our client, a well-established engineering and manufacturing company based near Diss are looking for a Trainee Machine Operator working within the Finishing/Deburring department to join their busy team

This is a full-time position working the below hours Monday - Friday.

Week 1: Monday - Friday 06:00 - 15:00

Week 2: Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00

**_The Main role and responsibilities of this position once trained include:_**
- Deburr and hand finish parts as required by using established procedures, machines and tooling
- Visual inspection of parts to ensure each meets the requirements of the order
- To communicate any issues relating to production, informing of parts not being to tolerance
- Final inspections, working to a high level of quality control to avoid customer dissatisfaction and potential returns
- Assisting with the packing and dispatch of customer orders, carefully following paperwork to avoid potential discrepancies

The successful Deburrer/Finisher will need to demonstrate the following traits
- Willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail
- Team player
