**Trainee Traffic Management Operative opportunity from our Eye Depot.**

No previous experience required. Full training on the job with the potential to progress to become a fully trained operative and then earning will step up to £11 before becoming £13.25 when fully trained.

Trainees begin on £10.25 for their basic hours, Mon-Fri overtime is paid at £11 and weekend overtime is paid at £12. There is plenty of overtime available for those who want it.

A company vehicle will be provided to get to and from site as well as to and from work from your home. Company fuel card and mobile phone also given. Full PPE upon starting.

We offer performance related bonus as well as 'find a friend' bonus who getting more staff to join.

We offer 21 days holiday a year and an additional day per years service. Bank holidays are also off on top of this.

**Salary**: From £10.25 per hour
