**The Role**
As an Account Manager, you will deliver a variety of tasks with third party merchant partners in the UK and Europe for our client, Mastercard.
Managing a portfolio of merchants, you will oversee campaign and creative development, from conception to delivery, and day to day partner identification and acquisition.
You will also assist with queries from consumers, clients and merchants whilst supporting creative briefing, contracting, reporting and client and partner approvals.
Additionally, you will:
- Support the co-ordination of the day-to-day deliverables of the programmes
- Visit clients and merchant partners at their premises
- Develop, organise and maintain a variety of databases
- Attend key client status meetings, present at client reviews and represent the business at multi-agency meetings
**About You**
To be considered as an Account Manager, you will need:
- A minimum of three years’ account management experience, ideally within an agency
- At least two years’ experience working in partnerships
- Previous partnership account management experience or new business development experience
- An understanding of how partnership marketing fits into the overall marketing mix
- The ability to interpret written and oral briefs from clients
- The ability to co-ordinate and manage various processes and databases for clients
- A clear understanding of the disparate commercial requirements of all parties involved
- Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word skills
- Superb verbal and written communication skills
