**Brief job description**:
Estio Training have an exciting new opportunity for a Digital Marketing Apprentice with Formation Games an independent games producer based in London.

We are searching for a Multi-Media marketing apprentice to create and manage content across our social media platforms in line with Formation Games’ marketing approach. You will also be able to watch and assess football games whilst supporting our team in the game design process.

**Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of**:

- Work with Content Manager on social strategy and content calendar.
- Ideate, plan, and produce social media posts (Twitter)
- Film and present social content (Instagram Reels/Tik Tok)
- Work with Marketing Director to support acquisition planning and implementation.
- Conduct market research.
- Support positive community engagement within our Discord server and other channels.
- Watch football and play games.
- Support the team in the game design process.

**Qualifications**:

- 5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths)

**Skills Required & Personal Qualities**:

- Must like and watch football.
- Passion for gaming.
- Active on social and aware of latest trends.
- Confident speaker.
- Approachable and able to speak to public.
- Okay being filmed on reels and Tik Tok.
- Good English/ written communication skills.

**Future prospects**:
The role offers long term security and the opportunity to progress into a permanent position.

**Training to be provided**:

Successful completion of this apprenticeship gives you an accredited Level 3 Digital Marketer, with training in how to:

- Source, plan, develop and deploy digital content across a variety of channels including your website and social media.
- Execute multi-channel digital campaigns using online platforms.
- Monitor and evaluate channel and campaign performance using different analytical tools.
- Adopt a test and learn approach to digital marketing activities, making recommendations for improvement.
