This position will be responsible for communicating with customers who have been involved in an accident, as well as this you will be liaising with many different stakeholders, to ensure that the customer is back on the road as soon as possible and the claim is settled.

In return you will learn how to effectively deal with customers, clients and colleagues from different backgrounds and cultures. You will have the ability to use your initiative, working towards achieving a perfect journey for the customer. We will also help build your confidence as an individual and help teach you the value of taking ownership when required.
