**What you’ll do**:
- Brief the housekeeping team daily and keep updated of all events
- Ensure there are no service breaches and complaints from guests
- Conduct periodical and random audits to ensure that all protocols are being followed
- Maintain contact with vendors to determine need for supplies or negotiation if any
- Ensure that all units are running with the sanctioned Manpower and as per the budget allocation

- Strong communication skills and able to handle a large team
- Excellent customer service and an eye for details
- Ability to enforce company protocols and high levels of expectation
- Friendly and welcoming personality to meet hotel and guest expectations
