The role involves supervising and training housekeeping staff, managing inventory and supplies, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

**What you’ll do**:

- Lead and supervise the housekeeping team, including room attendants and cleaners
- Train new employees on cleaning procedures, equipment usage, and company policies
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
- Assign daily cleaning tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities.
- Order and replenish supplies as needed, maintaining cost control measures.
- Proper storage and handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Implement and maintain housekeeping standards and procedures

**What you bring**:

- Proven experience as a housekeeper or in a similar role, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Proficiency in using housekeeping equipment and cleaning agents
