Looking to expand your knowledge and develop within the insurance industry?
I am working with an incredible company who, due to growth, are looking to expand the team within their personal lines. With over 25 years' experience in the industry, they always put the customer first, offering all types of insurance for motor to home aswell as much more.
As an Insurance Advisor you will work to build and maintain long term relationships, understanding the customers' needs to ensure the correct products are provided. Working with underwriters on both computer generated and written presentations, you will providean insight into the offerings available through a consultative approach.
- Discuss new business and renewals with customers
- Negotiating and upsell in all opportunities to provide the correct level of cover to customers.
- Action midterm adjustments and answer queries in a professional manner
- Ensure the CRM system is updated after every interaction
- Provide a professional service in all interactions
- Fantastic communication skills both verbally and written.
- Have a natural ability to build rapport
- Work well under pressure, making good decisions
- CII qualification or desire to gain
- Satisfy background checks
- Be ambitious to develop your own knowledge and skills.
