**Job purpose**

Working as part of our sales team you'll be helping Rabbie’s to continue to develop and produce experiences that last a lifetime. The role is dynamic and you will need to use your own initiative, prioritise and self manage your work load.

The Private Tours Administration Assistant is responsible for supporting the team with administrative duties relating to private tour bookings and confirmations. They work closely with each team member to ensure the smooth running of each enquiry or confirmed tour. An eye for detail is essential as well as excellent communication skills.

**Key duties and responsibilities**
- Sourcing accommodation and other services such as entrances and meals relating to confirmed private tours
- Compiling documentation relating to confirmed bookings such as itineraries, vouchers, etc
- Assistance with Private Tours sales and enquiry tracking
- Knowledge of each stage of the private tour process from enquiry, to quoting, to confirmation
- Handling private tour requests and general enquiries and providing quotes
- Entering private tour bookings and relevant information in the booking system
- Be aware of outstanding accommodation and operational issues for upcoming tours
- Awareness of Rabbie's tour booking and check-in processes

- To have experience of, and enjoy working with industry operators and other key partners
- Process payments and undertake general ad hoc administrative duties
- To enjoy working in a team as well as on your own and to be confident to think on your feet to solve problems
- Good interpersonal skills
- To be passionate about preserving our environment and communities and work in a sustainable way that ensures that we leave our country preserved for future generations to enjoy

Desirable
- Previous experience within a Tour Operator or a related industry and/or experience within a customer service role
- Language skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite
