**Job Overview**

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Your ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while demonstrating excellent customer service skills will be key to your success in this role.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring all requests are noted.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, adhering to food safety standards.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints effectively.
- Support catering events as required, providing excellent service to guests.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality and professionalism at all times.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and catering services is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and helping others enjoy their dining experience.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: Up to £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 16 per week
