**O**ur freshly made Rosette standard seasonal menu is key to our business. It features modern British cuisine that combine the classics alongside more contemporary dishes. We also run specials which change daily.

**Responsibilities & Duties**:

- Greet customers and take orders and provide excellent customer service
- Deliver food and beverages to customers in a timely manner
- Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Lead by example and help manage the team
- Assisting management in driving sales
- Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, health & safety standards
- Training our waiting staff to a high standard and maintain these standards
- Hosting & expediting shifts to ensure smooth running
- Cash handling
- Help organising special events
- Aid for social media content
- Communication between front of house and back of house

**Shifts**:

- Food served: Mon - Sat: 12pm-3pm & 6pm-9pm / Sun: 12pm-7pm
- Day shift: 11.30am - 4pm
- Evening shift: 5.30pm - Close 10.30-11pm ish (so no late lockups)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
