**The Role**:
This role will support the existing Stores Person with delivery processing and stock management and will include the following duties:

- Responsible for receiving deliveries and ensuring they are checked thoroughly and entered onto the system accurately.
- Locating received stock in designated areas such as Stores, OSB, Workshop and Fab Shop
- To ensure any damaged, lost or undelivered goods are reported swiftly or escalated
- Ensuring minimum stock levels are maintained at all times and restocking orders are requested in a timely fashion
- Processing stores requisitions on a regular basis to ensure all costs are posted to the job correctly
- To ensure accurate stock control including twice weekly stock take of key products
- To put up goods for site staff to collect & booking out goods on the system
- Arranging plant maintenance / calibration & keeping records
- Ensuring goods are located, labelled and available when required
- Ensuring all goods are signed for upon collection

- A can-do attitude and a desire to learn is essential for this role
- Good IT skills including Microsoft packages
- Driving licence
