- We’re looking for someone with sound administration skills and a good communicator with the ability to learn new tasks and systems quickly and work well with others in a fast-paced environment. You must be well organised and have a desire to learn. Attention to detail and accuracy will be essential.
- You will be required to successfully manage your workload and work with colleagues to complete tasks. The ability to build strong and meaningful relationships with colleagues and customers is required, as is the ability to negotiate. You will have excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Your duties will include general administration, committee management and taking minutes, managing mailboxes using Outlook, and responding to enquiries both in writing and over the telephone. Organising and facilitating events and being part of project groups.
