Are you a finance expert with a passion for food? Look no further I am currently supporting a **global leading company**, one of the **most recognised and well-established brands in the world**.

We have a fantastic opportunity for **TWO Finance Managers** to join their **Manufacturing and Engineering divisions**, and play a key role in controlling their cost base, supporting their company-wide cost-out program, and enhancing the profitability of the business.

As the Finance Manager, you'll be responsible for **business partnering**, delivering accurate **budgets and forecasts**, overseeing the **preparation of management accounts**, and providing expert advice in the Business Cost Excellence program. You'll also have the opportunity to lead, manage, and **develop two direct reports**, ensuring SMART objectives are set and delivered, and supporting personal development goals and aspirations.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Providing high-quality reporting and insightful analysis to inform decision making
- Mitigating financial risk and exploiting opportunities
- Advising on the operations side of the Integrated Business Planning process
- Cost modelling of plant capacity expansion and consolidation
- Ensuring Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) insight and trends feed into IBP and financial planning
- Proactively challenging stakeholders to ensure financial delivery
- Driving continuous improvement in processes and outcomes
- Managing compliance across the team
- Strong analytical, data management, problem-solving, and MS Excel skills
- Leadership and people management experience
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels
- Ambition, resilience, and a results-driven mindset
- Experience in a commercial or manufacturing environment within a branded FMCG environment is preferred but not essential.

**Package**:
Basic: £45k to £60k

Bonus: 10% of basic salary
