That’s where you’ll come in. Carnival UK are recruiting for an experienced Administrator or Administration Assistant to join us and support our Ethics and Compliance team to carry out their essential role within the business.
**The Role**
Known internally as an Ethics and Compliance Specialist, you’ll be enjoying a varied and exciting role within our small, friendly team. You’ll provide administrative support to the Ethics and Compliance team such as by organising meetings, managing diariesand making travel arrangements, and by preparing any necessary paperwork colleagues may need ahead of those meetings.
Additionally, you’ll assist in the running and delivery of essential reports, preparing presentations for meetings with stakeholders across the business.
You will also:
- Log hotline cases and reports, ensuring they are tracked and progressed.
- Manage communications for the team, including some correspondence on the company hotline
- Administer expenses via the Oracle system.

You’ll be able to enjoy a great work life balance, working on a hybrid basis with 3 days at home and 2 days a week in our fantastic office space in the heart of Southampton.
**About you**
To be considered as our next Ethics and Compliance Specialist you will need to be an experienced Administrator, IT literate with Microsoft Office 365 and with effective communication skills that will allow you to liaise with stakeholders across the business.
You don’t need any experience or knowledge of Ethics or Compliance and there are plenty of opportunities to learn and develop within the role, so you’ll have plenty of scope to grow as you settle in with us
