We are working with a fantastic award-winning client who are looking for a supported living manager to join a supported living service in Neath, Port Talbot. This is a great opportunity If you are looking to join a company who knows by ensuring that the staffare happy and well supported in their roles, this will have a positive impact on the care and support individuals using the service receive. This role ideally suited to someone who is aiming to enhance their career in leadership and who has demonstrable experiencein supervising others within a residential care environment. If you have experience of working in a similar environment and working with those with a mental health, learning disability and associated needs, we want to hear from you

**Duties include but not limited to**
- You will work closely with the area operations manager and build strong relationships with the customers, care managers and stake holders
- You'll promote the rights of each person you support and keep their wishes at the centre of their care and support
- Ensure that all staff within your service have the correct skills and experience and are matched to deliver excellent care for the people you support
- You'll complete assessments for the people you support which will include support plans and risk assessments
- You will support, develop and manage support staff in your area
- Provide leadership and consultation to your team including supervisions and appraisals
- You'll be an experienced, driven and passionate individual with experience of working with individuals who have a learning disability and mental health needs
- You will have achieved your QCF level 5 or QCF level 4 management - health and social care
- Previous experience of working in a management role - either in a residential or domiciliary care service
- You'll have good IT skills
- You will be a confident and reliable individual who always strives for success
