Reports To: PR & Marketing Manager

ROLE OVERVIEW:

- Managing and overseeing the Zone Two showrooms and calendar, working alongside the sales teams to prepare for selling seasons
- Manage the internship program including but not limited to recruitment, training and supervision (when relevant)
- Alongside the relevant Sales Managers, manage key account samples in and out
- Alongside the PR & Marketing team, support with press samples in and out where needed
- Management and overseeing of all Marketing & Sales couriers and their respective systems
- Continual research, development and implementation of showroom procedures to ensure efficiency within the company, including filing systems, workflow etc
- Supporting Zone Two logistics team on overall office management, including but not limited to internal logistics and events
- Be actively involved and assume responsibility in all sample related operations, included but not limited to the unpacking and recording of all seasonal deliveries and the moving of samples to internal and external parties
- When required, making contact with brands and liaising with them to ensure samples are being managed correctly and making requests when needed
- Support the marketing team throughout all sales campaigns, in-house shoots including but not limited to catering, client liaisons, external client visits, copywriting and model bookings
- Working alongside cross-over projects with the PR & Marketing Manager / team with PR requests as and when needed, such as influencer research and outreach

- Proficient in process management and implementation
- Strong organisation and attention to detail skills
- Sound planning and time management skills
- Proactive attitude
- Proficient with the full Microsoft Office package
- A knowledge and interest in the fashion industry
- Good at building and maintaining strong relationships
- Creative by nature

Beneficial:

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
