**Role Summary**:
To support the UK Materials Requirement Manager, liaising between departments to ensure all information is correct and up to date, assisting with CSE requests and their purchase orders. Ensuring MP&L stock information is correct on UK systems.

Purpose of Role;
Support UK Materials Requirement Manager: once planning sheet has been confirmed by UK Materials Requirements Manager, to complete blanket purchase order to group on Nav

place weekly top up orders on Group company. Using Out of stock reports and any additional information.

Key Responsibilities;
- Consolidating OOS queries daily, that we do not have answer for and pass to UK Materials Requirement Manager to deal with accordingly with group.
- Ensure that UK NAV data is up to date, availability codes, bin locations,

etc.
- Booking in deliveries on UK NAV system from Group and if we deal with

external suppliers to make sure warehouse are accurate and booked in in

a timely manner, advising sales and CSE that stock has come in.
- When stock comes in make sure that it is designated to the locations. RD,

OEM, Key customer. And Blanket sales orders.
- Answering Inventory questions for UK team.
- Being the main contact
- Any urgent enquiries to pass over to the UK Materials Requirement Manger.
- Updating ETA on overdue purchase orders.

**Key Tasks;**
- Create blanket sales orders from forecast - then communicate to CSE information where they need to pull Sales orders from. To update this when all information is given. Usually, weekly. If new customers this must be communicated with the UK materials requirementManager.
- Deal with stock related inquiries
- To make sure all UK stock is updated with dates and quantities visible for UK sales an CSE.
- Process for Backchat messages - collate information twice a week and feedback lead times to CSE.
- When stock is available to transfer OEM + Key customer stock. Be responsible for UK in house transfers.
- To be main contact in joint mailbox with the Materials Requirement Manager.
- To responsible for the tickets coming in through Team and either answer the question or request. Or assign the right person.
- To report any issues to UK Materials requirement Manager.
- Request Kit to stock to warehouse as per monthly demand.
