**CARE WORKER/SUPPORT WORKER - WINSFORD**

**EXPERIENCE NOT ESSENTIAL**

**PAY IS CIRCA £24,000 FTE based on a 40-hour week**

**PAY IS CIRCA £29,000 FTE based on a 40-hour week + 2 Sleeping shifts per week**

At Archangel, we support adults with learning difficulties and other disabilities, mainly within Supported Living properties. We also provide some Outreach support.

**Hours**

We have a variety of shifts and working patterns that can suit any level of availability including long shifts, short shifts, days, nights, weekdays and weekends.

Your work will be planned to ensure you routinely work with the same customers. We believe this will helps you provide high quality, consistent care.

Whatever your availability, we want to hear from you. We can offer full-time, part-time and zero-hour contracts.

**Remuneration**
- Basic rate: £10 per hour
- Overtime/Bank holidays: £20/hour
- Mileage contribution. We factor travel time into pay when applicable.
- We also pay into your holiday pot, which accrues separately at a rate of £1.21 to £2.41 per hour depending on the type of shift you are working

**Bonus Schemes**
- £300 for completing your probationary period
- Bonuses for sleep in shifts £20 - £40 per month
