The Trust runs The Wildheart Animal Sanctuary which cares for exotic animals rescued from harm. These animals rehabilitate at the Sanctuary where they can thrive once more and help to shine a spotlight on animal abuses and exploitation around the world. The Sanctuary is the launch point for the charities diverse and exciting campaigns and provides an inspirational day out, connecting people with nature and driving behavioural change to better the natural world.

As an integral part of our Management Team and reporting to the Chief Operating Officer you will be responsible for the management of services and processes that support the core business of the organisation. You’ll ensure that best practices are followed for maximum efficiency and that the most suitable working environment is attained for our employees and visitors alike.

We are looking for a self-motivated person with experience and a deep understanding of how facilities plays a pivotal role in supporting the charities vision. You will coordinate both in house and contractor teams, manage projects and support colleagues to ensure the physical site adheres to all relevant regulations and is presented at its best at all times.
