The successful Finance Assistant will have an excellent understanding of the day to day and month end financial procedures, as well as a deep knowledge of relevant financial regulations. You will be responsible for assisting the finance manager and teamwith all processes for this exciting and growing FMCG organisation

**Description**

The Finance Assistant will be responsible for:

- Supporting the Management team with day to day and month end tasks
- Processing purchase ledger invoices to be uploaded and coded on Sage and a variety of accounting software at times
- Timely response to internal and external customers invoice queries and questions
- New supplier credit controller 3rd party checks

**Profile**

The Finance Assistant will:

- Have strong numeracy skills
- Have previous purchase ledger experience
- Competent in Microsoft excel
- Be a great communicator both written and verbal
