We are an established, reputable, dynamic company providing reliable and efficient patient-centred care. Nurses Group is looking for reliable and experienced Healthcare Assistants to provide patient-centred care to service users in nursing and residential homes in Cheddar, Glastonbury, Bridgwater and surrounding areas.

To join our team, you need to have a caring and compassionate nature and already have some experience in the HealthCare field.

**Main Duties may include;**
- To enable and assist service users to maintain as much autonomy and independence as possible.
- To assist service users with personal care needs and requirements.
- To assist service users with mobility problems and other physical disabilities.
- Serving food and assisting service users to take diet and fluids.
- Empathy and sensitivity to service users' needs and concerns.
- To maintain records of daily activities.
- To assist with all domestic tasks within the care home.
- Good health and fitness.
- Willingness to be flexible.
**Key Skills are to include;**
- Good observational skills.
- Team working skills.
- Organization skills.
- Good communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to adapt well in a busy environment
- Apt time management
**What we require of you**
- 2 satisfactory references
- Vaccinated (UK/Abroad)
- Applicant should already be in UK and have right to work permit
- Caring nature, empathy, and sensitivity to service user's needs and concerns.
