**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility.
- Support the implementation of care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Maintain accurate records of patient care and report any changes in health status to the healthcare team.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure high-quality care.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in healthcare practices.
- Utilise IT systems for documentation and communication purposes as required.
- Foster a warm and supportive environment that promotes dignity and respect for all residents.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in care homes, is advantageous but not essential.
- Familiarity with care plans and the ability to follow them accurately is preferred.
- Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with residents and their families effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.21-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week
