We are now recruiting for a Deputy Head Housekeeping Manager. You will be responsible in supporting the Housekeeping Manager in overseeing all housekeeping operations to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while evaluating guest satisfactionand setting department targets and objectives.

This is an iconic 5 star 453-bedroom hotel overlooking Hyde Park, within half a mile of Green Park and Buckingham Palace. We’re one tube stop from the London Eye and Big Ben. Our hotel has award-winning dining, a sky bar on the 28th floor, and specialtyafternoon teas. Our hotel offers the perfect setting for business, pleasure and leisure.

This is a busy hotel that thrives on global and local leisure guests exploring the UK capital city. The hotel has a very strong corporate market due to extensive conference and meeting room facilities.

**Job Description
To supervise, train and work alongside all housekeeping staff to ensure all hotel rooms and public areas are cleaned to a very high standard and always in the best condition. You will liaise with the management and heads of departments to ensure all areasof the hotel are clean and tidy.

**Experience as a Deputy Housekeeping Manager is essential.
- Excellent time management and leadership skills.
- Excellent supplier relationship skills as you will be dealing with suppliers of linen, guest supplies
- etc.
- Ensuring company policies are maintained at all times
- An exceptional eye for detail with the ability to prioritise well and keep the department running
- ensuring SLAs are met and exceeded.
- Strong knowledge of Hotel/ Housekeeping Health and Safety legislation and be proactive in the
- reduction of onsite accidents.
- Excellent customer focus with the ability to gain commitment from team members as well as
- building excellent relationships with clients, customers and team members.
- Must be able to work under pressure and have strong management capability

- IT literate, especially in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Housekeeping management experience within a hotel is essential.
