Cash Allocation Finance Administrator required to join a great company based in Bradford on a temporary basis.

This role offers Hybrid working as part of a very friendly team. If you have experience of Cash Allocation and dealing with monies incoming, this role would be perfect for you.

This role would require an immediate start or a very short notice period (1 week maximum).

**Responsibilities**:

- Matching incoming payments to customer's account
- Find the correct account number for each customer
- Search via invoices / job number to find the correct account to allocate the funds to
- Allocating cash to the correct invoices on an account
- Reconcile remittances to the account to facilitate the allocation
- Contacting the customers for a remittance or confirmation of which invoices should be cleared
- Any ad hoc duties as required.

Attention to detail is very important in this role.
