**Responsibilities**:

- Provides administrative support to a department or individual.
- Answering phones, scheduling, calendaring, record keeping.
- Coordinating meetings and conferences.
- May work on special projects to include recording, compiling, retrieving, reporting and analysing information.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency with MS Office
- Experience in SAP.
- Experience in customer service.
- Experience in order processing and logistics.
- Strong communication skills and organizational skills.
