**Job Title**:Channel Planning Administrator

**Department**:Planning & Allocation

**Salary**:£23,000 - £25,000 per annum

**Location**:Amersham, Bucks

**Job Purpose**

This role is based in our Amersham Head Office working within the Planning Allocation team. You will be supporting the Planning & Allocation team on trading the current range in order to maximise sales across all trading channels whilst ensuring optimumavailability.You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of sales and stock forecasts at store/channel level and executing stock balancing activities in line with company strategy.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and maintain reportson a weekly basis,
- Make sure when stock arrives in warehouse all of the stores get the correct items and volume they need
- Assist with store performance analysis to ensure the stores have enough stock to sell
- Monitor key products/never out of stock lines and collaborate with Buying dept
- Work with Logistics Planning team to ensure effective planning of inbound/outbound stock
- Manage communication of promotional activity and price changes to Planning & Allocation team to support the sales forecast.

**Skills & Experience**

- Entry level role requiring commercial awareness and a positive and helpful attitude.
- Commercially aware with excellent communication skills, proactive and positive approach.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills with practical experience of using Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
