Job Title: Pump Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Engineer

**Salary**: Up to£42 - 50,000 per annum + bonus, company vehicle or a monthly car allowance.

Location: Remote working coveringthe South West and South Wales region
Type: Permanent
Hours: Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 4.30pm, Friday 8.30am - 4pm (30 minute lunch break)
Benefits: 25 days leave plus bank holidays, 8% company contribution pension, laptop, mobile etc to support remote working.

The Pump Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Engineer is a field based Sales engineering role covering the South West and South Wales region. This will involve generating opportunities from existing clients and identifying new business opportunities.

In addition the Pump Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Engineer will make Sales visits to the existing customer base, review customer enquiries and follow up quotations generated by the internal sales team, answering any queries in relation to the technical& commercial elements of the offer to grow the customer base and achieve monthly/annual financial targets.

This includes assessing, developing and maintaining good customer relationships at all levels, technical and commercial review of customer enquiries in a timely manner, working in conjunction with internal sales and tendering engineers to develop any potentialsales opportunities.

Accurate competitor analysis is required to optimise sales opportunities, assist new product

sales and grow business in the service & replacement sector for pumps with water companies.

The Pump Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Engineer should be capable of reporting utilising an in house system but training will be provided and monthly reporting to line mangers and colleagues.

A previous track record in mechanical/Engineering/technical sales is required and any knowledge of pumps, valves and rotating equipment would be advantageous.

This permanent role offers a Salary of £42- 50,000 per annum + bonus
working Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 4.30pm, Friday 8.30am - 4pm (30 minute lunch break)
Benefits include 25 days leave plus bank holidays, 8% company contribution pension, on site canteen, free parking.
